BORN_HOOD_ADVICE: Structured bold grid and image chapter masks, not gallery-wide color chaos.
DESIGN_SIGNATURE: 's colors] The design The idea: a museum website that is itself an artwork: a raw grid, flat gallery color blocks, a gigantic name breaking the grid, and paintings that make themselves on screen. Fonts: Syne at its heaviest for the name and headlines, Syne medium for body text, Space Mono in small capitals for wall labels, dates, hours and prices. Colors: raw white #F4F4F2, black #0B0B0B, kiln red #E2401C, cobalt #1F3FFF, clay #C7A27C. Thin column lines run down every section; corners are square, buttons are black slabs. Order: a fixed white bar with the live open status and a Tickets button; a hero where the name, letters at staggered heights, overlaps red, cobalt and clay blocks and a dark live painting, each letter switching color inside every block and becoming a white outline over the painting; a numbered exhibitions index; a featured show on a full red block; six online artworks with museum wall labels; visit info with hours, free Thursdays and a drawn map; a ticket picker; membership tiers as four color blocks; café and shop; a black footer with the name edge to edge. Motion: on load the column lines draw down, the blocks wipe in and the letters rise. On scroll the hero holds while the letters drift apart and the blocks slide into a new composition. Each exhibition row floods with its own color as it passes mid-screen. Every artwork has its own rules and palette (rising brushstrokes, breathing color fields, contour lines, a splitting hard-edged composition, cracking glaze, watercolor, wavy bands), paints slowly and bends around the cursor.
