Every autumn we close on a Sunday, pull the chairs into the window light and photograph the cuts we’re proudest of. This is the fourteenth of those Sundays. Nothing in it needs a blow-dry every morning, and all of it grows out with grace.Noor Haddad, founder

04 The service menu
Every service has three prices, one for each level of stylist. Same scissors, same products, same care. What changes is years behind the chair, and how far ahead their book is full.
New guests start with a free 15-minute consultation. Every cut includes a wash, a finish and a fringe trim between visits.
Consultation, wash, cut and a finish you can recreate at home.
Pixies, crops and bowls. A neck tidy at four weeks is on us.
Cut dry, curl by curl, then diffused. Come with your hair as you wear it.
We take almost nothing off and reshape the rest, so the in-between months look meant.
Round brush, rollers or a silk press. Three days of good hair.
Shine, warmth or a cooler blonde, refreshed between color visits.
Root to tip or roots only, mixed by hand to your shade.
Painted freehand for a grow-out that lasts four to six months.
Two sessions, strand-tested first and bond-protected throughout.
Quoted honestly at consultation, before anything is mixed.
Rebuilds what bleach and heat break. Add it to any color service.
A gentle exfoliation, a slow massage and a cool rinse.
Frizz down for about four months, curl pattern kept.

Noor answers the five we hear most. Have another? Ask it at the desk; it might make the next issue.
Book by how much change you want. A trim or a refresh of a cut you already love, Level I does beautifully. A new shape or a big color move, Level II or III. Not sure? Book the free 15-minute consultation and we’ll match you.
Yes, especially now. A grow-out cut removes almost nothing and reshapes the rest so the in-between months look intentional. Most take thirty minutes and cost less than a full cut.
Usually two sessions, three to four weeks apart, about four hours each. We strand-test first, and we’ll tell you honestly if your hair needs more time between them.
We price by stylist level and time, not by the inch. Very long or dense hair can need more color, which adds $20 to $40. We quote that at consultation, before anything is mixed.
Give us 48 hours and there’s no charge. Later than that, or a no-show, and we charge half the service so the stylist who held your chair is still paid.
