02Prices
Prices on the page, not after the job.
These ranges come from the 3,140 jobs we finished last year. Your plumber looks first, then texts you one flat price. Say yes and that’s the number on the invoice, even if the job fights back.
Weekdays are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nights, weekends and holidays add one flat $95. No time-and-a-half, no “emergency rate.” Diagnostic visit $79, waived if we do the work.

Whole-house repipe
Copper or PEX, drywall patched behind us. Most Columbus homes take three to four days.

Every range includes labor, standard parts and clean-up. Permits are passed through at cost, and only when the city requires one.
03How it works
Three steps. No runaround.
We built Copper Line around the three things that went wrong the last time you hired a plumber: nobody picked up, the price moved, and the mess stayed behind.
You call. A person answers.
Bev, Rhea or Tyrell picks up in Columbus, not a call center three time zones away. Tell us what’s wet and we’ll tell you who’s coming and when.
We look, then we quote.
Your plumber finds the cause first, then texts you one flat price in writing. Say no and you pay the $79 visit. Nobody leans on you.
Fixed. Then cleaned.
Boot covers on, drop cloths down, old parts hauled out to the van. Every repair carries a one-year labor warranty and a check-in text a week later.
Water spraying right now?
Shut the main. It’s usually in the basement on the street-side wall, next to the water meter. Turn the handle clockwise until it stops. Righty-tighty. Then call, and we’ll stay on the line while the van’s coming.

Closer than you’d think.
Nine vans, and three of them sleep in our plumbers’ driveways in Worthington, Gahanna and Grove City. A 2 a.m. call doesn’t start with a drive across town. Pick your neighborhood.

Fair. Mitch has been spoken to.

“Basement floor drain started burping sewage at 11:40 on a Sunday night. Bev picked up on the second ring and Mitch was in my driveway by 12:25. Price on his phone before he opened the cleanout. Paid exactly that.”

06Guarantees & licenses
Promises, in writing.
All four are printed on every invoice we hand you. If we break one, you don’t have to argue with anybody. Just point at it.
-
The price is the price.
You approve one flat price in writing before we start. If the job takes longer than we thought, that’s our problem, not yours.
-
On time, or $50 off.
You get a 30-minute window and a text when we’re 15 minutes out. Miss the window and $50 comes off the bill, no asking.
-
A year on repairs. Ten on heaters.
One-year labor warranty on every repair. Ten years, parts and labor, on any water heater we install.
-
Cleaner than we found it.
Boot covers, drop cloths, and everything we pull out leaves in our van, not in your trash can.
