01 / How the tiers work
The bigger your bag, the bigger the discount on everything in it, not just the last thing you added. We count your bag before any savings and apply the highest tide you reach. Nothing to work out, nothing to type in.

No. 2
4.7 · 986 reviews
Squalane and three ceramides in a cream that sinks in within a minute. Sits well under sunscreen and doesn't turn shiny by noon.
No. 3
4.8 · 871 reviews
A low-foam gel with glycerin and a pinch of Pacific sea salt. Takes off sunscreen and the day, and leaves skin soft rather than tight.
No. 4

Squalane, jojoba and cold-pressed rosehip, with no added scent. Four drops pressed in last thing at night. Best for dry and normal skin.
04 / Routines
Most people need fewer products than they own. Here's what we'd use, in order, with how much and how long each step takes.
A pea-sized amount on damp skin. Dry skin can skip it and splash with water instead.
Two sprays while your face is still damp.
Three drops, pressed in with your palms rather than rubbed.
A fingertip's worth. Then sunscreen: we don't make one yet, so wear the one you like.
$120 bag, you pay $84 at mid tide
Twice if you wore sunscreen or makeup: the first wash takes it off, the second cleans.
Three drops on damp skin.
Four drops, warmed between your palms and pressed over the serum.
Last thing before the light goes out.
Once a week, before the serum. Ten minutes, and rinse before it cracks.
$116 bag, you pay $81.20 at mid tide
$174 bag, you pay $113.10 at high tide, and the Shoreline Pouch comes with it.
05 / Ingredients, in plain words
Seven ingredients do most of the work across the range. Here's each one in a sentence, what it's for, and what it can't do, because that part matters too.

Sea saltSun-dried Pacific sea salt from the coast of Baja California.
What it doesFine grains buff skin in the body polish, then dissolve in the shower. A pinch thickens the cleanser so it stays on your hands.
What it doesn'tIt doesn't "detox" anything. Nothing you put on your skin does.
From the same kelp that grows in the forests off Point Loma.
What it doesHolds water against the skin and gives the serum its slip, so three drops cover your whole face.
What it doesn'tIt won't stand in for a moisturizer if your skin runs dry.
A sugar your skin already makes, here in two molecule sizes.
What it doesDraws water into the top layers of skin, so it looks smoother and feels less tight through the day.
What it doesn'tIt doesn't fill lines. The effect lasts as long as the water does, which is fine.
A light, stable oil from olives, close to one your skin makes itself.
What it doesSoftens skin and slows water loss without leaving a greasy film.
What it doesn'tSuit absolutely everyone. Most people find it doesn't clog, but no oil is right for all skin.
Three types of the fats that hold your skin's outer layer together.
What it doesHelp dry, tight skin feel comfortable again, usually within a couple of weeks of daily use.
What it doesn'tFix anything overnight. Give it a fortnight before you judge.
Vitamin B3, at a strength that rarely stings.
What it doesUsed weekly, helps the mask leave skin looking calmer and less shiny.
What it doesn'tShrink pores. Pores don't shrink. They can look tidier, that's all.
Technically a liquid wax, pressed from the seeds of a desert shrub.
What it doesMelts at skin temperature, so the salt glides and the oil spreads thin.
What it doesn'tGo rancid quickly, which is why it's in the jar with the salt.

Last year I bought the serum on its own. This year I filled the bag to $152 and paid less than I'd budgeted for two things.
Vivian T. · combination skin · Sacramento · bought the bundle, Black Friday 2025
The first cleanser that doesn't leave my face tight by lunch. I'm oily and I still don't feel stripped.
Keoni A. · oily skin · Honolulu · Low Tide Gel Cleanser
Swell is a boring cream in the best way. Sinks in, sits fine under sunscreen, done.
Tessa M. · normal skin · Austin · Swell Daily Cream
Smells of nothing, which I love. One star off because a dropper bulb split after a month. They sent a new one in three days.
Marguerite L. · dry skin · Chicago · Night Swim Face Oil
Sensitive and redness-prone. I patch-tested like they suggest. The toner and serum are staying.
Akosua D. · sensitive skin · Brooklyn · Sea Mist Toner
The only salt scrub that hasn't turned my shower floor into an ice rink.
Kiri W. · Seattle · Salt Glow Body Polish
The mask works, but ten minutes is a long time to stand still. Worth it on Sundays.

Friday, November 27 at 6 a.m. Pacific, through Monday, November 30 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. The same tiers apply online and at the studio shop, which is open Friday to Sunday that weekend.
We add up your bag at full price. At $50 everything in it is 20% off, at $100 it's 30%, and at $150 it's 35% with the Shoreline Pouch added free. The discount applies to the whole bag, not just the items over the line, and it happens at checkout without a code.
Not on top. For these four days the tier replaces other codes and the 15% subscriber discount. If a code would save you more, we apply that instead, so you never get the worse deal.
