Solenne Day Spa, Sedona: Exhale.
Day spa & bathhouse · Sedona, Arizona
Warm stone, cold water and long rests at the foot of Cathedral Rock. Come in dusty from the trail; leave slower than you arrived.

I — Slow time
The desert is patient. A canyon is only water that never hurried. We built Solenne the same way, slowly and from local stone, around one idea: stay longer than you planned.

Leave your phone and your watch in a cedar locker, take a robe that has dried in the sun, and let someone else keep time for a few hours. Most guests stay four. Some stay until the rocks go dark.
Our therapists work the slow way: long strokes, warm hands, very few words. The water comes from our own well. The stone was cut ten miles up the canyon.

II — The rituals
Measured in minutes. Felt in breaths.
Every ritual starts with a warm foot bath of sage and salt and ends with tea on the courtyard. Prices include gratuity, so nothing is added at the desk.

Time for a round of the bathhouse and a cup of tea, so you come to the table warm and already slower. Ritual times are hands-on time.
What to bring
Swimwear for the bathhouse. We have robes, sandals, linen, hair ties and everything for the shower, all of it washed without scent.
Changing your plans
Move or cancel up to 24 hours ahead at no charge. After that we charge half, because someone kept the hour for you.
Pregnancy and health
After the first trimester we offer a side-lying massage and the facial. The bathhouse and hot stone are not suitable in pregnancy.
