Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our customers aren't. Leave a key in a lockbox or share a door code. Keys are coded, never labeled with your address, and kept in a locked safe at the office.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything: plant-based sprays, HEPA vacuums, mops and color-coded microfiber, so the bathroom cloth never meets the kitchen. Prefer your own products? Leave them out and we'll use them.
What about my pets?
We love them. Tell us their names and their rules. We'll keep doors the way you like and never let anyone out. Pet hair deep-lift is a $20 extra.
How does paying (and tipping) work?
We charge the card on file after the clean, once you've seen the photos. Tips are never expected, and if you leave one, all of it goes to your cleaner.
What if I need to move a visit?
Move or skip any visit free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours there's a $40 fee, and it goes to your cleaner for the shift they lost.
