01The monthly rhythm

What a tidy month looks like.

Same rhythm, every month. Bank feeds sync every weekday, receipts get matched every Monday, and your books close by the 10th with a P&L you can read in four minutes. Here's this October.

Three drawers. Open one, or all three.

Most clients start with bookkeeping and add payroll the month they hire someone. Every drawer is flat-priced, month-to-month, and run by the same four people you'll meet below.

  • Receipts matched, photo or paper
  • P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
  • Unpaid invoices chased, politely

Four people who find reconciling relaxing.

No call center, no rotating bookkeeper of the month. You get one of us by name, on a desk in East Austin, who knows your business well enough to ask the right annoying question.

Book a free call
Q.01Do I have to switch software?

No. We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and if you're on a spreadsheet, Wave or nothing at all, we'll move you over for free. You always keep owner access to your own books.

Q.02I'm two years behind. Is that a problem?

It's a Tuesday for us. Catch-up is a one-time $160 per month behind, and most backlogs are clean in two to four weeks. June will ask for bank statements, not apologies.

Q.03Do you file my taxes?

We make your books tax-ready and hand your CPA a year-end package by February 15. Tobin, our Enrolled Agent, files 1099s and your Texas franchise tax report. Your income tax return stays with your CPA, and we'll introduce you to a good one if you need it.

Q.04How do I send you receipts?

Snap a photo in our app or forward them to [email protected]. Paper ones can go in the prepaid envelope we mail you every quarter. Shoeboxes are also accepted.

Q.05How fast do you answer?

Within one business day, and usually the same afternoon. You text or email a person who knows your business, not a ticket number.

Q.06Is there a contract?

Month-to-month. Cancel with one email and we hand over everything: books, receipts, logins and notes. No exit fee, no hostage files.

Q.07Is my financial data safe with you?

We use read-only bank connections and two-factor sign-in on everything, and nobody on our team will ever ask for your bank password. Not even Mina.
