06 Price match & returns

The fine print, in plain words.

Read this once before you head out. It's the whole policy. There's no second page.

  1. Find it cheaper? We match it.

    Through Dec 24

Show us the same model, in stock, for less at a local store or a big online retailer. We match it at the register or in chat. Corina Begay runs the price-match desk by the front doors and does most of them in about a minute.

  2. Our price drops after you buy? You get the difference.

    14 days

If we sell it for less within two weeks, reply to your order email or bring the receipt. The difference goes back on your card. Doorbusters count too.

  3. Changed your mind? Bring it back.

    Until Jan 15

Anything bought between November 1 and December 24, opened or not, with the receipt. No restocking fees. Gift receipts get store credit, no questions.

  4. Two per customer on doorbusters.

    Store + online

Not to be difficult. So the person behind you gets one too. Everything outside the doorbusters has no limit.

  5. When it's gone, it's gone.

    Live count

No rain checks on doorbusters. The stock bars come straight from the stockroom count and refresh every minute, so you'll never drive over for something we don't have.

07 Drop alerts

Get the ten-minute warning.

Pick the aisles you care about. We'll text or email you ten minutes before each of those drops opens, with the price. Nothing else, and it stops on its own after Cyber Monday.
